Tennis Court Rules
Definition and Liability:
The tennis courts and amenity open space are for residents and their guests to use.
The HOA assumes no responsibility for the use of common areas by residents and their guests; all play is
at the players’ own risk.
Rules:
Proper attire is required. Tennis shoes only. Shoes that may mark the court surface are
prohibited.
No bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, or other wheeled devices are allowed on the tennis
courts, except for devices used to assist people with disabilities.
No pets are permitted on the tennis courts.
The Tennis Courts must be shared with all participants equally. Play must be limited to one hour
if others are waiting to use the courts.
All players are responsible for cleaning up after play.
Courts are for Tennis only; other activities or sports of any kind are prohibited.
No glass is allowed on the courts.
Profanity, external music i.e. radios, boomboxes, etc. are not permitted.
Jumping over, pulling on, or sitting on the nets is prohibited.
Climbing tennis court fences is prohibited.
Smoking, illegal drug use, and alcohol use are prohibited.
