Setup Electronic HOA Dues Payment
To setup automatic or one-time electronic payments:
Go to our Property Management Company's site: https://phoenixfla.com/
On the Phoenix Property management site, click the "Payments" menu option at the top of the screen.
On the next screen, click the "Click here to access our payment provider" button at the bottom of the screen.
On the next page, click the "Register here" button to create a new account.
On the next page, enter a Username and Password of your choosing, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email. Please be sure to read and accept the Electronic Disclosure and Terms and Privacy before clicking the "Create Account" button at the bottom of the screen.
Once you complete the registration, you will be able to choose to set up Auto (continual) or complete one time electronic payments.
