Pool Rules
Definition and Liability:
The pool and hot tub are for residents and their guests to use.
All people using the pool and/or the hot tub do so at their own risk. Neither the owners nor the management are responsible for accidents or injuries.
Rules:
The pool and patio area will be open from 8:00am to 8:00pm or dusk, whichever comes first.
All bathers must shower before entering the pool.
Glasses of any type, as well as food are prohibited in the pool and patio area.
The use of an audio device is permitted with headphones only.
No Lifeguards are on duty at the community facilities. Any non-swimmer or unskilled swimmer must be accompanied by a skilled swimmer at all times.
The maximum bathing load is 30 people.
The maximum number of guests per residence is four.
An adult resident must accompany all children under the age of 16. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the hot tub.
No running or horseplay is permitted in the pool or patio at any time.
Proper attire must be worn at all times. All people with long hair must keep it tied up.
Diving from any location is strictly prohibited.
Diapers are not permitted. Any person who is incontinent or not fully potty trained must wear appropriate waterproof clothing in the pool.
No snorkel or diving gear, balls, toys, balloons, coins or large floats are permitted in the pool or patio area. Wearable floaties for small children are permitted.
Chairs and lounges are provided for the use of residents and their guests. They may not be reserved or removed from the pool area.
Covering the pool furniture (chairs and lounges) is required when using suntan oils or lotions.
Chewing gum should be discarded properly before getting in the pool.
The pool, patio and all the surrounding facilities are a smoke-free environment.
Pets are not allowed in the pool or patio area.
Pool entrance and exit is through the outside gates. Toilets are accessible from the outside entrance. Swimsuits are not permitted in the clubhouse.
