Fitness Center Rules
Definition and Liability:
The fitness center is for residents and their guests to use.
The HOA assumes no responsibility for the use of common areas by residents and their guests; all use is at the users’ own risk.
Rules:
The Fitness Center hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Guests are not permitted to use the Fitness Center before 11:00 a.m., unless premises are not in use by residents.
The Fitness Center is limited to a maximum concurrent occupancy of 5 persons.
Proper attire must be worn at all times. Proper footwear and shirts must be worn in the Fitness Center and the Clubhouse at all times. Sandals and open toed shoes are not permitted.
It is the responsibility of the individual to familiarize themselves with the proper use of the equipment. If you need assistance, seek the help of a professional trainer.
Time limit on the equipment is 30 minutes when others are waiting.
No food is permitted in the fitness area. Liquids must be in proper containers. No glass containers are allowed.
Equipment should be restored to its proper place after use. No equipment is to be removed from the Fitness Center.
Television and all electronic equipment should be turned off by the last person leaving the fitness center. Be considerate with others when using the television.
Any problem with the equipment should be reported to the Property Manager immediately.
No signs, posters, letters etc. shall be posted anywhere in the exercise room.
The fitness center is a smoke free area.
Clean all machines and equipment after use with sanitizing wipes provided on the premises.
The use of an audio device is permitted with headphones only.
The Fitness Center is not monitored, working out with a companion is strongly recommended in case of any emergencies.
