Community Facilities Rules


The Clubhouse and Recreational Facilities will be open between the hours specified in each set of rules.


Proper attire, according to the facility, must be worn at all times.


All facilities are for the private benefit and use of the residents of Citrus Glen and their guests. The use of any community facilities including the Pool, Fitness Center and Clubhouse are limited to a maximum number of guests specified in each section of rules.


Residents must accompany their guests at all times.


The use of any of the facilities with more than the number of guests permitted must be approved by the Property Management or HOA board in writing.


All people using the community facilities do so at their own risk. The Homeowner’s Association, it’s board members, managers, or employees are not responsible for any injuries or accidents sustained at the Community Facilities, nor shall any of the above will be held responsible for personal items lost, broken or left behind by anyone using the facilities.


Homeowners are financially responsible for damage done to common areas by any family member, resident or guest.


Any activity, conduct, or action by residents and/or their guests which in any way, at the sole judgement of the HOA Board, Compliance Committee Members, or Property Management company; may harm anyone, may lead to damage the Community Facilities, or prevent other residents from safely using them, is prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the premises at the discretion of the HOA Board, Compliance Committee members, or Property Management Company. Failure to cooperate may result in fines and/or a Trespass order being issued against the offenders with the

Boynton Beach Police department.
