A&E Request Forms

A&E request approval is necessary for any exterior changes to your home.  You have two options available for the request process:  Our expedited electronic process and our manual process.  You may use the electronic process for any requests that do not require materials to be submitted.  Not submitting the proper documentation including a sketch, photo, paint colors, product literature etc. will delay the process. 

  • Expedited Electronic A&E Request Approval Process

  • This process is completely electronic. You will submit your form, pictures etc. electronically and you will receive an approval letter via email.  You will receive an approval or rejection letter within 1-4 business days. 

  • Manual A&E Request Approval ProcessThis process is mostly manual.  You can fill the form electronically and then print it out, or, print it out and fill in manually.  The form must be delivered to the clubhouse office or dropped in the dropbox on the parking lot side of the exterior clubhouse. You must attach pictures, sketch, material sheets etc. You will receive an approval letter via standard US mail.  You will receive an approval or rejection letter within 2-4 weeks.  Click below for the manual A&E submission form
